I wasn’t entirely sure what work would look like in 2024 after finishing university, but then I received a message from Allanis about a student film she would be directing. From the start, I was intrigued, though it was my first time filming a comedy, so I approached the project with some caution. Having collaborated with Allanis on previous sets, we quickly found a rhythm, bouncing ideas off each other to bring the project to life. The result is a film that I can confidently say is one of my favourite works to date.
